At Lyrie Shizuri Fragrance Collections, every perfume bottle is personalized and made specifically for each customer.

Customized Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an order that differs from the approved customization details, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before payment confirmation and before production begins.

Once production has started, orders can no longer be canceled.
